Urban Enrichment utilizes a comprehensive process to place students into programs successfully.

1. Application & Selection

   Families complete a written application and are interviewed by UE.




2. Parent Pledge & Contribution

   Parents sign an attendance pledge and make an affordable financial contribution towards their child’s program.




3. Placement

   UE staff matches the applicant to an appropriate high-quality enrichment program.




4. Funding

   Scholarships, grant money, private donations and the family contribution are used to pay the student’s tuition.




5. Monitoring Progress

   The student’s attendance and progress are tracked throughout the semester.




6. Reporting & Evaluation

   Both the program and the student evaluate the experience.
